I am looking for a long term rental from the beginning of December(minimum 12 months)

Minimum 2 bedrooms most areas considered

Maximum rental £400 per month

I know of either a 3 bed furnished apartment in Girne for 350 per month or a 3 bed villa with pool in Ozankoy for 400 pounds per month. Let me know if interested.

I have a fully furnished villa 3 bed two bath, views to die for. Close to all amenties situated in village of Esentepe.

There is a 10x5 pool and large easy maint garden. For photos please email me on eforret@hotmail.com £400 per month including pool maint. There is aircon units (hot and cold) in all rooms. Fireplace in the livingroom.
