| I have back washed every other day, vac to waste, added more sand the testers state levels are fine but why is my pool very cloudy and off colour. As pool being vac the dust is returning back to the pool through the filters I am desperate for advice, thanks Posted on behalf of my friend |

| sounds like you may have a problem with multi port valve,that would be my 1st guess without looking,its a pity you are not closer,your pool would be sparkling in 3 hours. Happy chlorine free swimming folks |

| You need to put about one Litre of Floculante in the Pool run motor for about 4 hours to cuculate the floc turn off motor leave overnight for things to settle. you should see on the bottom of the pool dust particles hoover to waste also at this stage your water should be clearer. Add 0.25Lt of foloculante once a week to keep water clear. |

| Hi gallowgate. People use zerochlor in 2 ways,some use zerochlor and then use 10% chlorine of what they would of used prior to useing zerochlor,the 10% chlorine would be to oxodise the water. Or some go for a 100% non chlorine pool and use our regen to oxodise the water instead of useing 10% chlorine. Send me a email and i shall send you a few diffrent prices.
