Just trying to close title deeds down. Solicitor just informed me that secret "refuse to pay the ct because they don't have the funds and expect the buyer to pay". Suffice to say were not best pleased. Anyone else getting run around by camal.?

Suggest you tell him he's had the money from you already..when you paid in full for your property and if he's not put it aside to cover this when he knew it was due then he's a fool.



He won't like it but it is the truth...

Also tell him you will instruct your lawyer to apply for his company to be put into receivership as it's obviously trading whilst insolvent..

best way you pay the vat and tell the builder to claim his credits from the yapis were he bought his blcks sand etc and pay the capital gains with them

I think the KDV refund credits have to be got from the Gov't. The Yapı Markets won't be interested in refunding KDV... Why would they?



TRNCVictim, I think it's too late for that ploy as they've already paid all the money I'm guessing.

If the builder can reclaim any KDV, chances are he would spend it anyway.

We've had dealings with this company -they are a nightmare.



We have no money is their " mission statement" but they always find enough money to start other building projects and Cemel is a very wealthy man.



As your solicitor to arrange a meeting with Cemel( the owner of Sercem )-he is also the mare of Nicocia-he will not want any bad publicity.



Refuse to pay and call his bluff.

bit of a waste of time paying any more money if there is now a memorandum on the property. That's what builders do when they're short of money. Have you checked recently?
