Can anybody tell me who is great at supplying Internet without any problems one am with is taking the p---

and am looking to change but not sure who what where any feedback would be great

What's the point of asking this question if your not going to respond. It's basically Nethouse and Extend out here unless you get a dongle from turkcell or tesim

I have used nethouse in the last 2 years had very little problems with them I download most of my U.K T.V and have no trouble .Used extend for a bit before nethouse & had nothing but Trouble !

Hi sorry I haven't got back but my provider wont leave the system alone extend have got to be the worst

in dealing with Internet the list of problems are as long as TRNC pay for 1 month gets cut short, pay and doesn't get put back on until next day, the equipment is second rate stuff, no warning if system is down for a repair but anyway thanks for the feedback on this will spend some time going from one to another. Maybe its where i stay is the problem 3 bed Bungalow with pool for sale IN LAPTA middle of no where miles from any where mast for a signal is 3,000 miles away

We have ADSL from Haypem - electrical shop almost opposite Green Garage. Very good prices and, since March, service has only been down a couple of times and then only very briefly. Very happy with them and the price was the cheapest available.

I would recommend Nethouse but they are not without problems either, the difference for me is that they can and will fix most software issues online by telephone call to the help desk or they will send out reps very quickly for hardware issues.

I would recommend mine which is emotion *Bora*, the difference for me is that they fix most issues by telephone call or will send out technician if needed. Every Provider has problems like Nethouse, Extend, Supreme etc etc.Mine got problems as well sometimes but as I said there efficient staff fixes the issues quickly. All uses same internet on this Island as we have only 1 fibre optic line coming through Turkey.



After sales service counts. At least to me and that it why I recommended Emotion. Otherwise all are same.

I use Extend and have no problems getting youtube and facebook which I believe is a problem with some of the other isp's. I have no idea why these are okay on Extend and not on NetHouse. Having said that not sure if Facebook is a banned site in Turkey yet but think it is going to be.
