Does anyone know what's happening at the Sante-Fe Cove Site Lapta It's near the Sardunya Bay beach bar. The four apartment blocks were finished some two years ago. Water has been connected together with temporary electric. I think that all of the appartments were sold and furniture put in. I walk my dogs past there most days and have rarely seen anyone there. The whole site looks badly neglected. The pool is unusable and the "green area" of the site is full of domestic rubbish thrown there by two workers who occupy one of the appartments. I wonder if the owner knows. I do not think that the workers work at the site.

My understanding is that the site was finished, but following a dispute over maintenance payments, (as people who weren't wanting to live there refused to pay) so the maintenance company pulled out.

Just in case any of the owners are interested, the Turkish workers are occupying the top floor appartment in Block C, mountain side. There are at least two, maybe more judging by the amount of rubbish they generate.

For onestop Block C is the far one on the left (looking from the sea). The workers use a red escort type van which is leaking oil on the driveway.

Hi we are 'Cyprus Home Doctor' the management company whom took care of this site. Sadly maintenance ground to a halt on this complex dispite all efforts to continue on a shoe-string budget. There are a handful of owners that still to date communicate with us as a temp committee so to speak. We have since negociated a new start up in 2011 with hopefully near all owners agreement. Just for all to know! - The workers that are presently staying on this complex are not afiliated with CHD in anyway. If you are one of the concerned owners that due to possible incorrect or no contact details doesnt have a clue to what is going on please feel free to drop us a line at:- hds.trnc@yahoo.com
