| A friend has contacted me and is looking to buy a small cafe he has cash and would prefer a main road premisis. does anyone know of a reasonable priced cafe business for sale Girne area. |

| shame you said girne! I believe Pizza King is for sale. why anyone would want to open another cafe here is beyond me. they open and close (go bust) almost daily |

Heres a thought.
In catalkoy there is a petrol station on the same side of the road as the Bow Thai restaurant.
Within the petrol station there is a separate unit which is a Cafe,some 1 told me that several years ago it was a very good little place,selling beers spirits food ect,its been closed for 8 or 9 months now.
Im sure there is a deal to be done with the petrol station owners,it is fully equipped also.
Maybe not the right place,but people do travel and you have a collective audience every day,and im sure if he is good and the famous words, IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT ! people will use the place. |

Ive had a few coffee,s there when it was open whilst having my car washed,no smell or taste of fuel either.
