I think you are trying to stir up trouble.

This board does not need 5+ threads of mmmmmm and Washerman having a spat. If they want to discuss the technicalities of their respective businesses then It should be done on one thread and if they cannot conduct their discussions in an intelligent manner then it should be taken off board.

I would suggest you refrain from trying to wind people up and use this board for the original purpose it was set up for.

I feel it very sad when i hear 2 grown men saying they must refrain from posting on the same threads as they fear your threat of a banning,as ive said,the forum belongs to the users,you are not judge and exercusioner,there was no bad lanuage used,it was informative,it was humorous sometimes,but it was on your a Dopi thread.

I agree in some aspects of what you say,but i feel trying to instil your thoughts into grown adults in over stepping YOUR mark,your here to offer guidelines for us to stick too,not your rule.

Let us have a bit of perspective here.

Read what I posted about 5+ threads of the same two people having a spat. I have no problem with one thread and the two protagonists being able to discuss the technicalities of their respective businesses in an intelligent way.

Secondly it is no ones board apart from Izzet's, It is not yours, it is not mine and no one poster on this board is greater than the owner of the board. Izzet sets the rules and the standards to which he expects everyone to adhere to. Read the mission statement on the login page and if you have a problem with it then it is quite simple, find another board to post on.

I was suggesting that you e-mail the Forum Admin that you have a problem with directly. And there is a simple reason for my suggestion: Forum Admin's do not and cannot read every thread and every posting but are more likely to respond to e-mails.

If you re-read my original post I make it quite clear Harold was right to close it... but as the original thread left open was completely unhelpfully headed "Sorry DC - nothing to do with the TRNC" it was the devil's own job finding it...



Can you please discuss it with the Mods when next you have a con-flab... it's not rocket science.



In fact I think Ismet has made a similar request to members all I'm asking is when a duplicate is closed by the mods... please provide a link to the thread left open.



As I would like all mods to adhere to this request emailing one mod might not achieve this oh so secret task....

It would have been adult courtesy and common sense (something not so common anywhere these days) to give the link to the similar thread, when immediately closing mine as clearly the initial thread is known, for my thread to have been closed straight away. One doubts the similar thread had exactly the same heading, and having looked, I can't find it either...........

I think the same thing happens quite often so perhaps you could ask all the mods to do the same it only makes sense... I take you all have an email hotline? If not one needs to be set up... one you all can pass messages and all have the password and user name....

Apologies for my less than obvious heading, but I was trying to follow forum rules and include the words North Cyprus in it. I do feel guilty if I post on subjects not directly related to North Cyprus as in the past, posters have just got so much stick. It is a case of 'you can't please all of the people, all of the time'.

(Also, Groucho, if you did have difficulty finding the original post again, you could have clicked o DC's profile, as he had plenty to say on the topic.
