Hi guys, just a post to see if i could talk to anyone else who has bought off this developer. I've already met one person through the forum. This developer is buiding six villas just down from rosies cafe on the left in esentepe.

This builder has been recommended to me as his build quality is meant to be very good, do you have problems?

Hi Jacktheladett, no, no problems yet but they are on the final hurdle so the jury is out until completion of snagging. There has just been the usual white lies about completion dates and a large turnover of staff which has made contact a little difficult. On the whole we are happpy with the progress, design and workmanship. I started this thread to try and meet the rest of the owners on this development so we can get to know a bit about each other before the project is finished. I met one other owner on this forum and with the forums numbers growing a lot lately I though there might be other members that have purchased.
