I am interested in buying a villa or a cottage in or around Kyrenia. My budget is about 90000 pounds. I'm looking for private sales. I'm not an agent, and if you are an agent please do not contact me. I've been living in Cyprus for a couple of years, I generally know how the property market is going. Looking for a good deal, in which both I and the seller to be happy. There will be no problem with cash payment, or deeds transfer.
