villa average 150 TL to 170 TL

apartment 100 TL to 130 TL

garden 190 TL to 220 TL

depending on how big is the place

I know these guys and can vouch for the standard of service. English is not their first language but they are not Cypriot, they are hard working, reliable and very reasonably priced. The work is supervised and will not be accepted unless up to the managers exacting standards.
