Because of unforeseen circumstances, the festival has been cancelled. It was due to be held from the 25th to the 31st October.

I'm sorry but I am in the UK and do not know what form the Arts Festival was to take.

It was mainly Arts, as in "Music", although there was a photo/painting/sculpture exhibition one evening. I don't have contact details for the exhibitor, but I can put you in touch with the organiser if you want it.
