| What a wonderful time Kibris Liners Dance Team & Helpful Members are having this year at Zeytinlik Olive Festival. Of course we have enjoyed dancing there Saturday & Monday, but the highlight of the Festival is that we have been allowed a stall for our Charities. We have been made so welcome by the organisers & surrounding stall holders, they have even donated to the stall to help boost our profits. On asking about our club they were very supprised to find that one of our dancers will be 72 in a few days time. To share in her forthcoming celebrations she was given Flowers, Bubbly, a present of olive oil and a photo was taken with the Mayor, a rendering of Happy Birthday and then we were asked to do an Encore. all this will shortly be on a video on our website. http://www.kibrislinedancesociety.com Would you get this treatment in the UK. I think not. Thank you Beledyiesi for a memorable Festival. We look forward to next year. Total Takings to be Announced soon. |
