I have a water machine, barely a year old, and whilst the cold water is fine, when using the hot water it barely trickles out...

Any help would be appriciated.

Agree with msg 2 as this happened to us and if all else fails take it to Tektan as they are very reasonable for repairs and it is much cheaper than buying as new one

As you use bottled water... I guessing scale is not the problem. If it is please let us know which water you use so that we all don't have a problem.

It is true that the hot water does not flow as fast as the cold on most machines. This is due to the size and path of the water reservoir for hot water which has to stay in the heating chamber long enough for heat to kill bacteria.

To check if it's the tap you could undo (unscrew) the two and swap them over (obviously when no bidon is on the top)... if that solves the problem, bearing in mind that the hot is usually a slower path anyway, then a new tap is in order. Make sure you take a tap with you to the DIY (yapı) Market as there are different patterns.

thanks guys, will try the tap.

What I have noticed is it is much slower then normal, hopefully the tap will be the issue.
