| As well as our yummy food at Lambousa market tomorrow we would just like to remind you all that Christmas is not that far away. We will be making 1.lb Christmas puddings and mince pies made with home made mincemeat and will be taking orders in a couple of weeks time. Hope to see you all tomorrow and don't forget your doggy bickies. |

| Made my Mince Pies yesterday , and finished them off this morning . Just experimenting , but have to say they turned out really nice . Made Orange Pastry added a few extras to the mince Meat and topped with Orange Sponge Mixture , really really nice Simbas |

| Simbas - Try making the mince pies with just a pastry bottom and mincemeat then when cooled cover with icing made with lemon juice - yum yum |

| simbas. I usually make mine with a pastry bottom and sponge on top then a light dusting of icing sugar but I will try the orange is it the zest you use? |
