It is a dialectual term and cheeky way of saying someone is being silly or didn't understand what was happening.

The equivelant I suppose of saying somebody is in a daze.

I will be sure not to use it again on the forum as obviously people are trying to find words they can try and make offensive.

I will try not to write any words that could be construde as rude ie dafty, neep, guff, eedyut, bawheed, basa you know the ones
