I so very much wish I could return think the worry of it all is not helping with the health as for the cost well beyond what anyone can imagine on the health & as for the purse I do think they believe we have a bottomless pit or that it all grows on trees. Mary x

Paul the more i read and the more i see they are really going backwards all be it in thier mercs. I had customers who complained to the bar council yesterday about 6 advocats here. they were more or less told to go away. i feel so desperat;y sorry for these two poor souls and all others here from aga to K5, but you are just powerless. it beggars belief xxxx

If this case isn't nepotism, coupled with racism, sneakily camouflaged in their most bigoted form, I don't know what is! What the TRNC court has failed to hide - in fact demonstrated to the whole world - is their complete incompetence and ineptitude to conclude a simple case in a reasonable timespan. What they have further proved, surely to their own acute embarassment, is that they, blatantly, have already and, obviously, further intend to 'make a meal' out of this most insignificant 'deal'. Haven't they got anything more challenging that they should be getting on with?

"To no one will we sell, to no one will we refuse or delay, right or justice." Magna Carta clause 40 ... Maybe they need a similar document here...

It is how justice was interpreted from 1215 on that was the problem for so many unfortunates - hung, drawn and quartered comes to mind! It is fairly well known in TRNC, that unless two disputing parties can come to an out of court settlement. litigatıon will drag on for 'ever and a day'. The court seems reticent to give a decisıon to either party, and if it does, enforcement of that judgement seems a practical impossibility. And this is precisely what the rogues have realised and why they are now taking advantage of it, in ever increasing numbers.
