=> Yes, but ONLY if you have chosen a (Western) European keyboard lay-out. Try US or US Extended and with alt-2 you get ™. Don't know about PC's, but the right key combination to get the Euro sign may be depending on your keyboard lay-out also.

And on Microsoft Word 2007 select 'insert', then 'symbols', and you'll find it there.

Geoff has the best answer if you can't find on your keyboard. open word, select insert from the top drop down menu and then symbol, you should find that it is Alt + Ctrl + E as the shortcut but that might not work on the forum page so type it in word then drag your mouse over it till it is highlighted then right click your mouse on top of it and select copy or just press ctrl =- c when it is highlighted. Go to the forum page or wherever else you want to use the euro sign and then right click and paste or ctrl = v.

That should work on pretty mach everything €€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€
