| I own a property (Deeds in my name) on an Estate/complex, with public roads and municiple charges for street lighting, rubbish collection and street cleaning. Q1. Once the deeds are in my name, does this mean the purchase contract and associated paperwork is complete and is then null and void to any clause's within (both the sales and construction companies, are no longer trading) Q2. There has been put into place a form of owners committee for running the common area's (pool, which has public access). What are the rules/laws on an owner elected committee, (the owners are both Turkish & English) a. Election procedure b. Relevant paperwork and official documentation required c. Powers and responsibilities of the owner elected committee Q3. The Estate/complex is partitioned into each individual plot per household, with public access to each. Do I have to pay maintenance for the common area's (pool), when it is open to the public for free use and I have no control over it. Rob |
