After research and recomendations from this site we had The curtain shop fit curtains throughout our villa. That service was carried out efficiantly, promptly and proffessionally. That was about a year or more ago. After a 2 week stay in september I noticed a problem with 2 of the black out curtains that i had not seen before. We informed the curtain shop and 2 men came to look. they removed the curtains and within 2 days I had 2 new ones waiting for me at the shop. this is testament to the recomendations that convinced us to go to them in the first place.

Congratulations to them for an exceptional service unrivalled in N.C

Opposite Astro market in Girne. They did all my stuff 5 yrs ago and they are still perfect.

Have to agree regarding The Curtain Shop they did all our curtains 5 years ago and they are still fine. Also another company I would recommend are Beko (next to Mr. Pound) for electrical and white goods. We bought a washing machine from them a year ago and it recently went wrong. Went to the shop where they gave us the number of their service department. Phoned them and all details were taken including our address and we were told their men would call. Expected a phone call to arrange an appointment, however, an hour later we had a call to say the men would be with us in ten minutes! Ten minutes later they arrived (with no directions given - they must have sat nav!) and within half an hour the machine was up and running. No charge because it is covered by a three year guarantee!

I feel I must add the curtain rails we had put up were awful the pole holders had only 1 miss matched screw in each, by miss match I mean different colour and size in each one. The hold backs the same and in one room not even level more than 2" difference they had also drilled holes in the wrong place in several rooms and marked the walls with marker pen which never came off and had to be painted over. The kitchen curtains were approx 7" too short which they took away and returned the next day now they are only 3" too short other curtains had the wrong tops to them which they did sort out and are now fine, one set of curtains were the wrong material which I must say could have been changed however I quite liked then so we kept them.

The blinds they made for us were perfect and still look great one year on.

Pity our experience with them (documented here previously) wasn't the same as yours!!
