hello ..well i am new here .having just got out of hospital so i have had some time to play with the computer .i have a apartment in turquoise bay .esentepe.which still is not livable .if i have paid in full when will i get my title deeds .i have been paying my commual changes .but i have stop because no one seem to doing anything about my apartment which has doors that dont close .windows that are not sealed up, rising damp .leaks in roof .i must stop here i sound like a right old git...having just joined

gates - I thought TQB was a complex that had a company who did everything? Last I saw/read her it was finished and lovely! Or was it another LOS on here? Hope you can get some work and keep the people there happy

Hot off the press Turquoise bay owners have just had an E-mail from the committee .

All owners can E-mail them with any concerns and hopefully they will accomodate . On wards and upwards another postitve for Turquoise bay !!

I understood from Pipie's posts that everything was fine and that the maintenance company who took over last year had done a fantastic job and got everything right.

I can understand your rants, sorry posts, as well as anyone can Pipie.

You have continously told everyone here that the new company are doing so well. A suggestion not shared by so many owners including the one who started this thread - which you have not answered. I was there last week and it looked a lot worse than when the previous company was putting their own money into the site when you and others failed to pay them for their work.

You suggest that I am twisting the truth in only two basic lines of text. What truth was I twisting?

How can I twist what I personally understood you to have said countless times? My opinion is formed by the rubbish you continue to spout on this forum.

Yet again you say in your opinion the site is better now. The originator obviously doesn't agree as he is going to do exactly what you did and refuse to pay. Result you will be back to square one.
