When trying to complete parcelisation does anyone know if architect plans should show radiators and boiler (outside). We have been told that these need to be added to our plans before parcelisation can go ahead .. and yes the cost £400. Apparently the plans need re-drawing just to add the 'mechanics'. Help please.

Hello, if the boiler is enclosed ie concrete/brick walls and roof tiles then yes this needs to be on the plans.Radiators do not.

Personally, I think that your 'architect' is taking the mickey. All architects drawings are done via software programmes these days, so all that is required is the simple addition of an external boiler which would take minutes to complete. The drawings then need to be printed off To charge £400 for this service is daylight robbery - but then again, probably par for the course in the TRNC !!

Catlalkoy Belediyesi are the ones asking for these plans, the plans will only show the position of the rads, and a site plan for the position of the gas tanks on the site.



Apparently we have been informed by Ahmet from the Belediyesi that these plans "the Mechanics" are required before the parcelization process can be completed and our villa shown in the land title.





Tosh you may say, but you try and get round it !!!

I think you will also need the Electrical plans. I know of our neighbours who is doing the same thing managed to get hold of a copy of his.
