| Hi everyone i have a friend who wishes to play some golf and do some fishing while hes over here any info on golf courses fishing trips and an idea of the costs please |

| i was over last month and i caught only two wrass fishing of the de-sal plant at turtlebay village, but if you want some proper rod bending action go and fish the freshwater lake at arapkoy its sollid with carp i saw some over ten pounds weight! the locals fish to eat them but they havent got the equipment and know how to catch the bigger fish. . tight lines andrew |

| if you type in fishing freshwater in north cyprus in google you do get to read about license requirments but it only seems to refare to the big dams, i have never heard of anyone paying to fish anywhere in north cyprus, the locals fish here and they dont take there litter home its sad to say, empty sweetcorn tins reside all along both sides of the lake. the locals havent got a clue how to catch them they use 3 meter whip poles when all the carp are 30 meters out. its a wagler job or feeder but its snaggy in a few pegs. regards andrew |
