When your insurance is due ..

Should the insurance company get in touch say a fortnight before to say your insurance is due for renewal on such a date ..

Or is it down to the insured to renew the policy .. Lest we forget ..

Hi Harry, I suspect that the onus is on the customer, but I'm sure that a good company will contact their clients in advance. Our's does.

Pugwash .. What has the police got to do with house insurance ..

Sorry should have said house insurance .. Same question would apply to car insurance ..

Always informed in the UK .. Then again this is Cyprus ..

A good way to change insurance company and a way to lose your business ..

In UK law, no insurance is a 'strict liability' offense, which means the individual is responsible for their own omissions regardless of any culpability, saying you didn't know, or wasn't informed is not a defense.

In NC it probably depends where you fell in the cross breeding program.
