Alsancak, near the Erenor Petrol Station ON THE MAIN ROAD, 150 metres from the new bypass roundabout towards the monument. In front of the ADA hotel. Busses pass the front door. One bedroom - two beds /bathroom -shower / walk-in wardrobe / kitchen diner / microwave / fridge / single hob cooker / sparsly furnished../ electric meter. 400 TL per month for a couple. 300 TL per month for individual. Rent in advance, electricity to be paid at the end of each month. Parking, use of pool No other bills to pay. Water from own well, checked for drinking. Contact, 0533 842 90 73.
