Ambitious Plans to build a £140 million hotel and theme park complex in North Cyprus will attract up to 100,000 new visitors a year, it has been estimated. Work on the Wonderland Project, a joint venture between investors in the USA, UK and Turkey - including Mercure Hotel owner Mustafa Gurbuz - is due to begin on November 15th.
The complex will feature three roller coasters, an 800 room luxury hotel and leasure complex, Casino, Children’s fun park and a Bowling centre. Work is due to start in November 2010 and the theme park &attractions are due to be completed within 2 years, with the hotel be completed by 2013. |

It will probably be ready at the same time as the water pipeline from Turkey  |
