| A really well located beautiful stone house with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms . great pool ,terraces and bbq. all overlooking the Alagadi turtle sanctury and beach. Beautifully furnished .. big open log fireplace .. 4 mins from golf course , 300 m from beach, great restaurants / bars with in walking 3mins ..
very reasonable rental should be £550/month but we are on builders electric for the moment (which is more expensive) so we are reducing rental to 375/month... we want carefull tenants who will do watering and help us mature the gardens and planting etc. great garage underbuild area / work shop area..
