Guttering Required to solve a damp problem please

Hi could anyone please advise where to buy guttering for my roof as i need to put it up to prevent the rainwater washing down onto natural stone and coming through the stone and causing me a few damp problems.



Any info greatly appreciated.

all the yapi markets sell gutering and downpipes..............we put ours up 4 yeaers ago..... Hassan in lapta Yapi market is the guy..............Sue

Presently doing mine.

If you can DIY, the deep plastic stuff is cheap, and a dull grey colour, but paint/spray it to prevent UV damage and to co-ordinate with your house.

For your walls, spray or brush on Dietermann (Weber) Dieterol S, it's a silicon based water proofer for porous walls etc. Comes in a yellow tin with a bue bans round the top, available on most Yapi's and definitely in Tayf (Marshalls)

While fitting the gutter clips it's also a good idea to fit the anti bird plastic finger strips, available from a few Yapi's to stop the birds nesting under tiles.

if its a stone house terrace you want to gutter round then metal contour is bettr to the eye and works with no problem..

Thanks for info everyone. Its not a stone house only the 1 area of about 10 foot across everywhere else is concrete.
