The last time we ate at hillside it was awful! You need to watch who is cooking. Our meal was over cooked & the pizza had a burnt bottom! Also... watch your bill, we were overcharged!

I have heard the food there is nice, maybe we were just unlucky

ahh if you wear a bingo top or a sequined thong then there is no entrance fee also if you buy buy the resident hoppy a jd and sprite all sorts can be weived.

Nige we always find Engin's meals value for money, the best in my opinion is his Bacon,egg,sausage and masses of home made chips and ekmek 9 ytl.

The best Pizza in TRNC is at the Rocks Hotel.

It may cost a bit more but the service and ambience are worth it particularly on saturday night when accompanied by the best pianist in TRNC

If you like them burnt! Noted your comments Nigel & tried again on Monday night. Same problem burnt pizza overcooked burger & overcharge by 5 ytl.

Is he the owner? We only saw a lady & indian men. No customer service we were given the food & then left until we went to the bar to get another drink & then to get the bill.



We had arranged to meet some friends there later in the week but have changed the venue!

that does not sound like the hilltop to me....I have ate there lots and always been good food and service. pleasant people. We actually got free puddings as they thought we had waited too long for them. When none of our party had really noticed so it was a bonus to us.

Yes it was Hillside, we even tried it twice. There is no excuse for overcharging, as others have had the same problem. Are you local? As it seems these places look after the regulars. No good for holidaymakers though.
