where can we buy plain flour for Yorkshire puddings in TRNC please? what is the Turkish name we are to look for please?

I always use "Arsinun" being the trade name and it has "ekstra sade un" on one side of the packet and on the other it is in English - the plain version is in a green and white packet and the SR (which I always have to add baking powder to) is in a blue and white packet.

All the supermarkets sell plain and self raising flour and most of them sell English brands also (Allinson etc).

David, Buğday Unu is plain household flour and is fine for making all batters... don't buy over-priced UK brands.
