| I always use "Arsinun" being the trade name and it has "ekstra sade un" on one side of the packet and on the other it is in English - the plain version is in a green and white packet and the SR (which I always have to add baking powder to) is in a blue and white packet. |

| All the supermarkets sell plain and self raising flour and most of them sell English brands also (Allinson etc). |

| David, Buğday Unu is plain household flour and is fine for making all batters... don't buy over-priced UK brands. |
