| I love chillies. They're addictive (think it's because of the endorphines it releases in the brain) rectify me if I'm wrong. My mate and I had a curry one night that was so hot we were 'floating on the ceiling'. Think it was called a Quetta Earthquake. Got recipe somewhere. Unfortunately I can't have my curries too hot these days because my stomach is a bit buggered. Have to stick to vindaloo. |

| One of the reasons that poor hot Countries (Mexico, the Subcontinent etc.) specialise in hot chillies, spicy food goes back to pre refrigeration days when meat went off very quickly and the eating of chillies counter balanced the bad bacteria in the stomach by neutralising it. Richard |
