sorry to hear of your closing down ,we met while I was taking a walk passing the graveyard where you introduced yourselves on you way to your home, behind if you remember,hope you will be able to re-coup your losses,I was planning to visit your bar when next there in NC ,I remember passing by on your opening night and it looked exciting ,your Indian restaurant seemed a good idea and in time would have picked up , best of luck

Thanks scoty for making contact. I know it's a genuine mistake as I was by the owner's side when we were attempting to get my card accepted. Still like my money back, though. I can't get email address when I go into the profile - I'm probably not important enough. Do you have it for me? Or should I contact Barclaycard?

You contract is with the card issuer, not Zeki's or anyone else.

Something amiss here. A trader swipes card three time, two in error and agreed at the time a mistake has happened. The PDQ machine is equipped to refund immediately and if the trader can't figure it out, reimburses the client/customer the equivalent in cash, as the monies are transferred immediately to the traders account. All very odd!

If you had used a PDQ (from a traders point of view, I have) on this island you would know that they often error and such mistakes can happen. From reading the posts you can see that both parties accept that a mistake occurred and I am sure it will be sorted.



Nikki and Haken are kind, good and honest people that I am honoured to call my friends, back off and if you can't wish them luck in this trying time then don't post at all!

With regards to the credit card situation, just for the sake of good measure, for those of you who will no doubt turn the situation into some nasty gossip. The whole matter was a mistake, the customer has contacted Barclaycard and we have contacted our bank, the matter is now being dealt with between the two relevant parties.



Once again, thank you to all our customers for all your support over the last year!
