have noticed it is picking up a bit seems to be the middle finger type from youngsters but plenty of

tailgating and such likes is it sour grapes cos the end is near for peace solution?

what does everyone think and have you received any while on the dark side

Yes,

I was tailgated and shown all sorts of nasty signs while driving to Larnaca airport 3 weeks ago.

Managed to lose them on the way there but they appeared again on the way back, this time getting help from a second car. Trying to push us into having an accident.

Managed to get away from them again.

on my way back from dropping a mate at larnaca .. i had just taken a bite of my ham,cheese and cucumber sandwich,when un noticed by me a car overtaking on the dual carriagewaydrew along side , i glanced accross to see a big hairy arse doing a moon;y out the front window and rear passengers givin the finger sign.. all but a mere 3 ft away from me and sandwich. i lobbed my sandwich in thier window (i am sure he had a bit of cucumber stuck on his butt)

they stupidly didnt have a car fastenough to get away from me , (a must to remember )so whilst wing mirror to wing mirror i gave them my best impression of "i am going to tear your throat out "

moon'y man was still stuck in an odd position with his head down but the mates looked like they were going to wet them selves ..

sad at the loss of my sandwich , but immpressed with the look of terror in thier eyes . i gave them a thumbs up and a big smile and accelerated away chuckleing . it was quite funny..

We had a problem with our car over in the South a few weeks ago, the people we met were more than helpful and did all they could to help us. As everywhere else there are good and bad.

unfunny was when i was pulled out of a line of flowing traffic, all same speed and i was done for speeding , and only about 5 kph over..

it prob happens to gc's here

We got a parking ticket on our TRNC plated car when we parked in a line of GC plated cars in a de-restricted area. A polite, explanatory letter to the Mayor of Nicosia, giving a Paphos [reply] address, was totally ignored.

No whinge intended - I was simply answering the question posed by the title of this thread.



Having lived in the South for 25 years, I have heaps of cobbers down there and, yes, I like going frequently for shopping, socialising, or whatever.



I have plenty of GC cobbers who know exactly what some of their kinsmen's desire for 'Enosis' brought about - they are appalled at the ignorance by brainwashing that's gone on, and still being perpetuated through the generations by the Orthodox church and schools. GC kids are still taught and made to sing EOKA songs - did you know that?



Don't show yourself up by making such ignorant comments - otherwise some people might query your intelligence!
