hobby gardens @ Sinya Family & Country Club in Kucukerenkoy village are now under construction and you can see the plots and fencing etc.

At the first announcement we didn't write the rental prices, because we needed to know the project cost.



Here is the rental prices:

* one plot (about 200 square meters), a garden shed (about 4m2), basic gardening tools, irrigation system, a picnic table = 100TL or 50 Euro or 40 Pounds per month for 2011.

* 500TL or 250 Euro or 200 Pounds deposit (refundable)

* Plus water price = 3.00 TL/m3 for 2011.

Contracts deadline will be 20th August each year.

In august probably there will be minimum vegetables in the gardens due to hot weather.

And there will be enough time for new contract holders to prepare their gardens for the new season.



You can also rent one plot and share it with your friends.
