We have fully furnished new 2 bedroom apartment it has lovely views over Oscar's beach area & all down the coast to Esentepe. Electric & water will be connected in the next few days, viewing from Monday.

We would not consider a rental term longer than 1 year because people's circumstances change & you have to pay the Stamp Duty on the whole contract term at the beginning.

It will have ordinary electricity there have already been 3 meters fitted in the block, hopefully they will be doing ours on Monday. The water meters have been fitted today, they are the new type 'pay as you go', we were not offered a choice when signing for them.
