| What do you mean Asian, and why would you consider opening an Asian restaurant without first checking to see if there were any Asian chefs available when established restaurants are struggling. |

| Hi, we actually had a chef whom was due to start and everything was planned to be open however we have run into difficulties i.e. the chef leaving
Would appreciate it if you could pass on details on anyone you might be able to recommend

| Could "Asian" be confused with "Oriental"? That's what I thought I read on the sign in front of the shop/restaurant that used to be "Taj Mahal". |

The only tepanyaki restaurant in Cyprus. They also do Sushi & Japanese, with a bit of Thai and Chinese.
You'll have to pay them well.
