I would greatly appreciate advice regarding installing a cast iron log burner and recommendations for a supplier here in the TRNC and what sort of cost is involved.

Our Log Burner was fitted by the guy from the iron works on the road that run's parallel to the main road in lapta, where Lapida Hotel is.

We've only had it one winter, but really pleased with it.

Ours fits inside our existing fire place.

Try Akinlar in Girne: Tel: 0533 861 7438 - they installed our burner at home, or Ray from Greenium (he installed the burner in the bar)! He used to have a shop in Karakum but now supplies from home. Tel: 0533 848 0378. Both are very good, although Akinlar tend to have the stock in, whereas you may have to wait with Greenium if they have to import it. Also search this site as there have been previous postings about stoves and log suppliers.
