Sorry Lilli....that just made me laugh....not very profound, maybe something to do with the text speak....but honestly, i can see the comedians already thinking of something funny to say to that.....(of course, it could just be that i'm not a very profound person...?) DD

My son has just lost the tip of what he loved most and now he shows his disdain for his mums decisio by taking advantage of the no pampers for 3 days rule and marking his territory absolutely bloody everywhere and before anyone asks, yes, in both ways. so glad I missed that part of his growing up

Please give me one more chance, I’m begging you, just one more chance, If you’ll listen... This is not some movie romance, Or everlasting love at a glance, Won’t you listen... She is a part of me now, She’s the very heart of me now, so... If you really love her, let her go. She’s your daughter and I know that you care, But like a lost bird in the cold night air, She is lonely... Thinking back to the days you were young, When the pain of loving was so very strong, Weren’t you lonely? She is no longer a child, She’s a woman with love in her eyes, so... If you really love her, let her go.

Oh she is like a bird, Yearning for the winter wind, If you let her go, She’ll come again in springtime, But if you make her stay, And hold her freedom in your hand, In the morning you will wake, And she’ll be gone away... She is no longer a child, She’s a woman with my love in her eyes, so... If you really love her, let her go, If you really love her, let her go, If you really love her, let her go...

My neighbour once said (he is about 70 years old) that back in the day, when it was 'time' for the little boys to get that pesky skin on the penis to be chopped off, they were lined up, and the local Imam came round with his little knife and simply cut it off, and then was given a lollipop!! I am not a boy...but i felt his pain...i asked him, did he forget the pain, and his words were (bearing in mind he doesn't speak English) '' **** NO!!'' DD

well here is the irony of modern medicine, nowadays they give you cream to rub on every hour as a mild anaesthetic so that by the time you take them for the chop it is numb. So basicly, you spend weeks or possibly months telling them to stop playing with it, then you spend a few hours continually rubbing it for them and then you take away in a hideous way the only toy they will ever have that they don't get bored with, well at least the outer layer which as far as I am concerned the only wrapping that should stay on the gift
