Response to the 'Sausage' Issue! :-)

Sorry for the delay on this, I have only just seen the post! First of all, I'm slightly confused because we havent actually had anyone in the bar complaining about the food?! We serve many, many meals (including sausages) and if someone had complained I'm sure I would remember and I would certainly have done something about it.

Those who know me, know that I would not have had a 'couldn't care less' attitude, so either the person who has posted this, has either got confused (was it JK's?), is just repeating rubbish from someone else, or has posted this for some other reason. Either way, if someone has a problem, I would appreciate it if they could come in the bar and speak to me, rather than posting this on here. Thanks

Daren, I was only repeating what my parents told me when they returned from your bar. They did say to the man who served them that the sausage was off and their impression was that he couldn't care less. I don't know if it was yourself or if you employ a waiter. If it was a waiter it sounds like he didn't even mention to you about it.



Whoever it was is not doing your business any favours with such an attitude. My parents won't be stepping foot in there anymore.



I don't normally slag restaurants and bars off but if they offer bad service I will speak my mind, also if somewhere is very good I will say also.

So right how many more are going to slag a eatery off on this site, if they have any compliants point this out at the time not go back and moan to someone else or on this site.



I can't imagine any owner not taking notes of your compaint at the time, and not trying to solve the problem there and then.
