| Hi there, Can anyone please explain whether the Utilitiy companies [electric and water] can instal meters with only one owner of the property being present? I'm not sure I can travel out with my husband to do things like this so; would it be a problem or should we get another POA with our lawyer for them to do it for us? Practicalities are be so annoying! |

| Our lawyer, Naomi Mehmet will do it for £100 POA £75 to their rep. Just wondering if it would be easier [and heaper] to do it by ourselves i.e just husband. |
