Nethouse ADSL ( or lack of! )

On 13/09/10 I applied for ADSL from Nethouse Networks...............41 days later nothing!!

if you have a landline, you can just turn up at their offices on top of Turkcell, near new roundabout, buy a wireless router modem for 100TL, they can program it while you wait, and Bob's your uncle.



If that's not the issue, then it will probably be the Telecommunications department. They will not have sorted out your line. I presume that you are aware that you should live within half a mile of your telephone exchange, for ADSL to work? Have any neighbours got ADSL?



Whatever you do, keep speaking to them every few days.

I've had a few issues with Nethouse, but they do try and help and do sort things out.

message 3.........thanks for that..........but i've had ADSL before and only took telekoms 3 weeks to activate my line lol...........dunno where you get this 1/2 mile from, i am in Catalkoy and as i said....no probs last time
