first and second messages on this forum have "sticky" by the side of them..... They have been no 1 and no 2 posts for hours......but says dates posted are 30 and 31st October........these dates have not happened yet.....One has been blocked but the other hasnt...... yet no-one(apart from me!) have posted on it......so what makes a subject stick and how long will it be stuck for????

shrimp. Izzet the board administrator and creator has the ability to pre-date posts which means they will stay at the top of the list of posts until such time as the rest of the posts catch up with them. He can sticky something for an hour a day a week or as long as he likes by doing this. Why it has been closed would be only because either Izzet or a mod chose to do it but I would assume that Izzet closed it so that there would be no follow on comments, essentially he just wanted to ask a quaestion but get private e-mailed answers and no b*ll like the forum normally sends out. Ironic don't you think that the only person who has the ability to improve the forum for everyone only does it for himself when it suits him ?????

Paul 'Ironic don't you think that the only person who has the ability to improve the forum for everyone only does it for himself when it suits him ?????' Behave yourself. By the way I used to wear those fetching orange overalls. It is best that you get outside and get them dirty.

AJ, was there something wrong with the statement ? Cyprus 44,s greatest attribute is also its worst enemy. As for the overalls, obviously when you wore them you were in a job where you expect to get dirty, I have an office job and we get it cleaned twice a day so the only things I get dirty are my mind and my hands, if I fall over and land on some dirt of course.

AJ, I know I am getting repetative and you are right that there is no such thing, but it is possible to at least try and improve some things.
