Looks as if the Solicitors have either lost my contract or missplaced it.



They are very reluctant to contact me or give out information.



Anyone know what will happen, if contracts can't be found?

No original contract only draft and no idea if it has / had been stamped.

POA given before contract was signed.

Wheather you get a reply is another thing!!!!!!!



Forward an Email to Terry Hamilton email address terry@bhlex.com at least Terry will reply to you and go from there.



I have come to the conclusion that you just have to let things go with the flow.



I have even offered to pay the final payment for our apartment to the developer before completion they said they would forward the details, no email has arrived. So if you can't give your money away then I just don't know.

P.S I did say in the email I was coming out on a flight next week and request a date and time for a meeting. Email arrived then.

Do any of you know about Permission to Purchase? Did you do this through the lawyers? I have recently found some info on the internet about it but don't really know what it's about.

Our still waiting is today or tomorrow NC could be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I would have thought that PTP would have been applied for by your Lawyer at the time you went into a contract. (I might be wrong.)



There are plenty of threads on the forum for you to get an idea of it. Just do a little search there is plenty of info on it.

dont bother e-mailing sayhan as he doesnt bother replying to them he has over 1200 not opened the best way to get hold of him is to go and sit in the office and dont leave until you see him if you make an appointment he still doesnt see you or tells you he has not confirmed it we have had many long wasted journeys this is his mobile No 05338681865 try him on that. has anybody else bought property directly from sayhan as we have had nothing but trouble after being told property was complete in April 2008 still not complete
