| Paul, the Turkish finance minister said earlier in the week, that the strong lira was hurting Turkish exports so maybe its the Turkish central bank trying to ease it a little. |

| Confusing title, but I think I know what you mean. It's more to do with better than expected UK GDP figures. Fingers crossed it lasts. |

| It is the pound going up - and the dollar and lira going down (relative to the pound). |
