Generally on any site you will normally find one or two villas for sale at any given time. The Kofali site in Lapta is a small site with 8-12 smallish bungls. What's surprised me is the percentage of those up for sale at the same time. Looks like nearly all Brits or European owners are wanting to sell. Anyone know why?

You'd find that KOFALI is one of the very few companies that would NOT do that.Perhaps because they've now got their title deeds that kind of gives them the encoregament to sell, unlike many others!

Well thats the thing, its not really for profit. Your looking at these bungls being sold for 80-90k, en masse. 60% plus of the estate up for sale.... Just seems strange...

Any owners of those bungalows who are looking to sell please contact us at Busy Bees. We have a client who is interested in buying. Could you also confirm if the developer is charging "stoppage" fees. I heard that they want between 5-6k to reassign the contracts?? Please contact us on the email address below: info@busybeesestateagents-cyprus.com

You often see a turnaround of properties around the five year mark. These properties must be around that sort of age. Buyers are no doubt encouraged to market their properties because they have the deeds but the wider economic climate still poor and no turnover of stock.
