Just doing our first long term rental

1. Does anyone have a rental agreement I could copy

2. Know I have to register the signed agreement at the tax office, is there a charge for this and I presume I will need to take somes stamps.

They charge 10% of the rental income up front I think.

Hi you need to take the original contract & a copy & pay stamp duty this is calculated as the gross rent for the contract period eg 12 months x 300 per month = 3600 x 0.5% = 18 stg.

You then have to take a copy of the stamped agreement to another desk together with copy of your Kocani or Sale Agreement & a copy of your passport so that you can be registered for paying tax, as said you then pay 10% i.e. 30 stg per month on the rent you receive.
