My old Mukhtar, near the organic shop has lost his post! I was directed to the one situated in a small cafe shop, next-door to the telecom building (opposite the Law Courts) where not only did the 'new' one fill out the residency paper but got onto his scooter and drove off to get it countersigned, all for the princely sum of 10TL, the same as it has always been. Good service!
