Hi

Can anyone help or give some advise please. I am looking to purchase typical 3 bed cypriot house for restoration in North Cyprus. Ideally any of the villages around Girne ( from Bogaz to Alsancak). I would be very grateful for any suggestions from fellow members. Price guide would be very useful. Is it best to go through estate agents,or look privately. Has any one completed completed a similar project? Will appreciate any feed back.

Thanks

Musdi

Korenia Estate Agents have an old house for sale on the outskirts of ozankoy for £69k, it is restored, but looks to need more work. Has a large garden and a well, look on their website and you will find it. Good Luck.
