I have to add we were very lucky today as some customers booked in from 3pm. This was great for us as we could make more fresh veg and yorkies. Believe you me I got asked for extra gravy today more than any other. Two seasoned guests today who try every where, said We have to say this is the best, vegetables AL; dente. everything perfect. I asked if they would like dessert, reply No thank you , my response how about a cheese plate. God if I did. a glass of port and cheese, bread and water biscuits with butter. They jumped at it and loved it

Lilli, if I make my own little stuffing balls and sausage in bacon (think you call them pigs in blankets) will Guido warm them up and put them on the side do you think? I like both with my roast pork

As Lilli quite rightly said. My mate and myself have been having Sunday lunch EVERY Sunday for the last 4 years changing resturants weekly. This has to be one of the best. Crunchy, beautifully cooked veg. (and pork crackling. The mustard was Colemans English Hot traditional !!!)

sorry lilli, I mean't for next time we are in for a roast, not today. It wasn't a criticism in any way or anything like that, it was just a simple question.
