I am looking for a holiday rental at Turtle Bay Village (2 bed, for 3 people at end of October). Could someone please tell me the best place to look - there don't seem to be many people renting at the moment and the ones I have seen are too expensive.

Also try Ownersdirect website they have a lot of apartments and villas just type in North Cyprus and select what town or village you want to stay in. http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk

must agree Owners direct is the best website in my opinion , very few complete seaviews property'sin the TRNC but there is one that is outstandingly fab .ref cy1008

look at owners direct.if you are in the uk. try ringing 01329-667-924.this gentleman has apartment in tbv.if you should ring tell him his namesake gave you the info.

Why dont you contact Sharon Management?



I myself would recommend Sharon Management as they are in charge of the whole site. They are really helpful as a friend of mine is renting from them. I know that they let out apartments for around 250GBP.

Heard they are very good , if the presentation of Turtle bay is anything to go by , certainly impressed us when we drove through , when our friends were property hunting , feedback is very good .

Must disagree with you I had Sharon looking after my apartment and wasnt happy they where to collect my bills and pay them but didnt and I got surcharges to my electric bill. Also someone was in my apartment and using the toilets not pleasant to come into stale urine on arrival to your apartment as they where supposed to check each month and I dont rent to anyone. So who was there and Sharon has the key. I also spoke to a few other owners who also had no bills paid and had received high water bills and they wherent even in their property.

I have a property that I would be willing to rent for the end of October. I have a 2 bed Penthouse in Turtle Bay. It is a brand new apartment and has just been fully furnished including a plazma TV and DVD machine. What sort of price have you been quoted?
