Can anyone living on Chelsea Village let me know if you have continued with a propsed bus service to Kyrenia etc and if so how do you work it and what are the costs to owners.

The bus is still running from Chelsey Village. You would have to contact Haven Management for details. There is a bus timetable posted but I do not use the bus so do not know the times.
